Please fill in the form below to register for our Fall 2026 group therapy blocks and then create an account for your child through our Jane booking platform. The registration process ensures our services are a good fit for your child. If all spaces are filled when you register, you will be placed on a waitlist for services. We currently offer services for children aged 3-10.

Once your child has a space in a therapy block you will be emailed intake forms and be scheduled for an initial assessment. Please see our how-to guide to review each step of the registration process.
