How to Register for Pediatric Nature-Based Therapy Group.
Online Registration or Discovery Call

You can register for our nature-based groups using the online registration form linked below. If you would like some more information before registering, you can book a free 20-minute discovery call to chat with one of our clinicians who can answer any questions you may have.
Create Account for Child
Create an account for your child through our Jane booking platform.

If our services are a good fit for your child, we will start the assessment process by sending you intake forms to complete through our Jane booking platform. These will be emailed to you.

Intake Forms
Your clinician will schedule a time for your child’s initial assessment. This is a virtual appointment to review the information on your intake forms, gather additional information to help inform recommendations and to make a plan to support your child to reach their goals. An initial assessment is only required for your first group therapy block. The cost for this assessment is $150.

Initial Assessment
Your child will be booked in for the therapy block (six weekly 1.5 hr sessions), with all 6 sessions viewable through their Jane account. The cost per therapy block is $765. All fees are due two weeks prior to group start date. A breakdown of what’s included in this cost can be found on our Nature-Based Therapy Groups page. We understand that financial situations vary and financial barriers can exist. Booked for Sessions
If there is not a space available for your child when you register, we carry a waitlist for services. Please complete the online registration to be added to the waitlist for your preferred therapy block.
Our waitlists help inform our future group offerings, so even if space is not available, please add yourself to the waitlist to help us assess the demand for services.
